How fast do I get the my purchased product ?

If you purchased a Digital Product (E-book, Software), you will be able to download immediately after payment. Non Digital Products will be shipped within 24 hours after payment received.

Please Note: All Automatic Trading Systems, Manual Strategies need to be registered. After the payment is finished you will be automatically redirected to the registration form.

Trading Systems

Is it possible to run more than one Expert Advisor (Automatic Trading System) on one single account ?

Yes, every automatic trading system from us uses so called "Magic Numbers". It means the Expert Advisor will not touch other trades.

However, some other expert advisors that you use in conjunction with our expert advisor might be conflicted. We strongly recommend that you don't mix the Expert Advisor in one single account because we don't know how other's EA work.

Is the User Manual in English ?

Is a free trial available ?

No, we don't offer a free trial.

What exactly do I receive ?

You will receive a package for automatic trading system that includes: Expert Advisor, detailed user manual, user management, broker list, detailed back tests, screenshots, contact details.

Which broker supports the Meta Trader 4 trading platform ?

Meta Trader 4 is very popular and supported by many brokers. Together with your product you will receive a list of more than 100 brokers.

Will I receive the mql file ?

No. You will get a fully working copy but not the source code. (ex4)

Are there any additional fee ?

How many accounts allowed to use the Software ?

With one private license you can register 2 demo and 2 live accounts.

What do I do when I change the broker and my account numbers change ?

Simply send us a short email to: support@forexeasystems.com and tell us the new account number(s). We will change the information in the registration and provide you with the updated download link. This is general within 24 hours processed.

How fast after payment do I receive the Software ?

After the payment our payment processor will automatically redirect you to the registration page. After we receive the requested information from you we send you within 12-24 hours your personal download link.

At the moment I don't have a Meta Trader 4 account, how can I use the software ?

You may visit our download section. There you can download the setup file for the platform for free and open a demo account. This is also completely free.

On how many accounts can I use the EA when I purchase a private license ?

On any LIVE/DEMO account from the registered license holder. (Private Person)  Restriction: Cannot be used on Corporate and Joint Accounts. Registration required.

What is the file format ?

The folder is packed with ZIP. The eBook by itself is in the format PDF.

What Prog. / Software is needful to view the eBook ?

Adobe Reader or a other PDF reading software. If you don't have Adobe Reader please visit www.adobe.com to download the program for free.

How fast after the payment I will receive the eBook/program ?
